As of December 21, 2022, this project was awarded to Steve Wagstaff, LLC. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference For bathroom remodels at Fire Station 33 located at 255 N 1200 W Orem, UT 84057 The selected Firm shall remodel the bathrooms at Fire Station 33. The project includes the following items: Install a new marble shower enclosure. Tear out the old shower tile and prep for new. Install densshield sheetrock. Install new moentrol valve and trim chrome for each shower. Install new drain including pre-slope. Include a color accent base and one-piece curb. Tear out the old cabinet and top, and replace them with a new cabinet, countertop, and chrome faucet. Install new toilet ADA height with valve. Questions and answers will be consolidated and provided to all Firms on record of receiving this RFP. All inquiries must be submitted by the close of the RFP period on June 4, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. Upon completion of the evaluation process, the City may negotiate with and award the contract to the Firm whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the City. The parties must execute the contract prior to the commencement of performance. The contract will incorporate the provisions of this RFP (including any addenda) and other terms negotiated by the parties. By submitting a signed proposal, the Firm agrees to the provisions of the contract described herein. The City reserves the right to modify the evaluation criterion and percentage of the score as deemed appropriate prior to the commencement of evaluation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
