Renovation of an educational facility in Bakersfield, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 6/13/2022, no bids were received for this project. The scope will be broekn down and the project will rebid. A timeline for rebidding has not been established. This is a prevailing wage project. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors' State License Board, 3132 Bradshaw Road, Post Office Box 2600, Sacramento, California, 95826 A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid price payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process, and to award more than one contract
