THE CITY OF ANSONIA acting by and through the Office of Economic Development is requesting responses from qualified firms (including individuals) interested in providing certain consulting engineering, construction and grant administration services (hereinafter "Consultant" or "Firm") for THE CITY OF ANSONIA for the following categories of consulting and engineering services: . General Engineering including Site, Civil, Survey Services . Traffic/Transportation Engineering, Pedestrian and ADA Improvements, incorporate Electric Vehicle charging stations and Transportation Consulting and Engineering, Construction Administration Services . Grant/Funding Assistance. Consultants submitting responses may submit Qualifications for any one, all or a combination of the above listed categories of services. At its sole discretion, THE CITY OF ANSONIA may choose one or more separate Consultants to provide services for each of the categories. The successful firm(s) shall have extensive, successful experience in providing Consulting Engineering and Grant Administration Services, including construction administration/inspection services and must be licensed with the State of Connecticut. The successful firm(s) shall ensure that any appropriate licenses or certifications required by the State of Connecticut are maintained for the duration of the project. The firm(s) must meet all municipal, state and federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices. Additionally, all interested firms shall submit a detailed statement indicating the organization structure under which the firm proposes to conduct business. Proposed sub consultants, subcontractors, joint ventures, etc., should be clearly identified. The relationship to any "parent" firm or subsidiary firm with any of the parties concerned must be clearly defined. From time to time, THE CITY OF ANSONIA requires the services of consulting engineering firms (including individuals) The purpose of this RFQ is to identify consulting engineering firms that would be qualified to work for THE CITY OF ANSONIA. THE CITY OF ANSONIA intends, but does not guarantee, to enter into contracts with one or more Consultants. When THE CITY OF ANSONIA has work that needs to be done, THE CITY OF ANSONIA will select from among those Consultants with which it has entered into a contract for the applicable category of service listed above The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined
