Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of renewal of watermains on various streets in Westwood, Crestview, Heritage Park, and St. James Industrial neighbourhoods of the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 210 m of 150 mm, 100 m of 200 mm, 170 m of 250 mm, and 385 m of 300 mm watermains, (b) Canadian Pacific Railway crossing, (c) 900 mm Feedermain crossing, (d) Installation of 25 m of 300 mm watermains in a casing pipe, (e) Installation of gate valves and hydrant assemblies, (f) Reconnection of water services, or renewal of lead or plastic water services where encountered, (g) Abandonment or removal of existing watermains, valves, and hydrants (h) Surface Restorations.
