Sealed Bid Proposals for Brinkerhoff and Hobbs LLC, is soliciting bids for a remodel project located at 41 West Main Street, Price, Utah. Bids shall be submitted to Price City and clearly marked Brinkerhoff and Hobbs LLC Project and The Principal Items of Work for bids are as follows and bidders may bid on one or more of the schedules: Schedule 1: Facade/Storefront Rehab: Repair or replace in-kind, as necessary, components of the existing 1st-floor storefronts in order to maintain the mid-20th-century "Moderne" design components. Schedule 2: Replace non-historic upper windows with one-over-one metal-clad wood windows that match the profiles and cross-sections of historic-period double-hung wood windows. Schedule 3: System Upgrades: None of the mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems are functional/code compliant.
