This solicitation is being issued by the Salt Lake City School Distsrict (SLCSD) as a Request for Statements of Qualification (RFSQ) for design professional (A/E) firms to be evaluated and (if qualified) be placed on an approved vendor list for design professional (A/)E firms. Those firms who are determined to be qualified will be placed on the approved vendor list and will remain there for a period of eighteen (18) months (December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2024). This RFSQ is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit information meeting the minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Please note the page limits specified in the RFSQ "Response Format" section. These page limits are mandatory. Any SOQ submitted that exceeds this page limit will likely be eliminated from consideration by the SLCSD. To ensure that you fully understand this solicitation and the requirements contained herein, you must download and review ALL attachments. Do not include any price/cost information with your response to this solicitation. The evaluation will be a 100% technical evaluation. Submitting cost or pricing information may result in your SOQ being non-responsive and not eligible for consideration. By submitting a SOQ, the offeror represents that he/she has examined, read and familiarized him/herself with the requirements of the solicitation documents.
