Fox Hills Elementary School - HVAC Controls Upgrade 3775 WEST VIXEN WAY (6020 SOUTH) TAYLORSVILLE, UT 84129 All questions related to the project must be submitted to U3P (Utah Public Procurement Place) the bid service used by Granite School District. Based on the mutually agreed upon program, or scope of work, schedule and construction budget requirements, the DESIGNER shall prepare, for written approval by GSD, Schematic Design Documents consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationship of Project components. b) The Schematic Design Documentsshall comply with this Agreement and the Design Standards. c) The Schematic Design narrative shall include the DESIGNER's proposed design and construction budget which shall be within the GSD budget provided to the DESIGNER. The school's existing HVAC controls system is a hybrid of electronic and pneumatic components. The plans and specifications denote the existing HVAC controls configuration. A brief overview and intent of HVAC Controls Upgrade project is to complete the following: a. Replace all pneumatically controlled devices with electronic DDC components, and integrate them into the school's existing Building Automation System (BAS). b. Upgrade the school building's Ventilation & Filtration system as outlined in the plans and specifications
