paving project on Creek Flats Drive: Item 1: 280 Ton Superpave Scratch & Leveling Course, 9.5 mm, IN PLACE Item 2: 560 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, IN PLACE Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Falls Township, and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Falls Township. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and shall be clearly marked "Paving Bid". The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each at 100% of the contract amount, as well as certificate of insurance The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept all or part of any bid and to waive irregularities in any bid.The award of a contract will be made by Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting
