Shingle Roof Replacement for the Housing Authority of the County of Wyoming at the following residences: Whites Ferry Apartments Old Orchard Apartments 122 Apple Tree Lane 118 Rolling Hills Lane Falls, PA 18615 Falls, PA 18615 Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in any way. Each bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid made payable to the The Housing Authority of Wyoming County, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and Statement of Bidders Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bids may be held by the owner and remain firm for a period of not to exceed forty-five (45) days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in the bidding. Bid award date, Friday, September 8, 2023. Work shall commence approximately Monday, September 18, 2023. All work shall be completed by Thursday, November 30, 2023.
