Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and shall be clearly marked "Paving Bid". The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each at 100% of the contract amount, as well as certificate of insurance The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept all or part of any bid and to waive irregularities in any bid.The award of a contract will be made by Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting
