Renovation of a mixed-use development in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to furnish all equipment, materials, and labor for the necessary preparation and application of white plaster/whitecoat surface to the main and auxiliary indoor pools at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center Indoor located at 60 Ida Lee Drive NW, Leesburg., VA 20176. Work includes the preparation and application of white plaster/white coat resurface of Ida Lee Recreation Center main indoor pool, with a total water surface of approximately 7,037 square feet, and auxiliary indoor pool with a total water surface of approximately 1,935 square feet. This work is inclusive of drainage of the pools, removal of debris, removing safety surface, breaking out all non-bonded whitecoat plaster, acid bath of the entire surface, applying bondcoat, application of the new marblelite surface over the pool interior surfaces, and all incidentals related thereto. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work. Notice to Proceed: Thursday, August 18, 2022 Substantial Completion: Thursday, September 8, 2022 Final Completion: Thursday, September 15, 2022
