MOUNTAINSIDE sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Mountainside for: CONTRACT 2022-5 PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ON FERNWOOD ROAD AND FOX TRAIL Plans and specifications will be available on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Bids shall be in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Borough Engineer. Bids must be made on the Boroughs form of bid and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of Mountainside, 1385 Route 22, Mountainside, N. J. and hand delivered or sent via certified mail or courier service to the place and hour named. Bids shall be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name and address BID PROPOSAL FOR CONTRACT 2022-5 PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ON FERNWOOD ROAD AND FOX TRAIL. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et. seq. and NJAC 17:27. The Borough of Mountainside hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal, in the Boroughs judgement, best serves its interest.
