The Ohio State University requests qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services with all required consultants necessary to complete the Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care - Powell. This project is a result of the University and the Wexner Medical Center's strategic plans, which provide for the provision of medical services within community-based ambulatory facilities. This project is a result of Framework 2.0, a long-term guiding vision that imagines transformational research and learning environments over the next decade and beyond. Framework 2.0 comprehensively supports the University's academic and outreach missions, while strengthening Ohio State's position as a leading national flagship public research university. This project is a key component to fulfill that vision.
