Salem Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, is advertising for Requests of Qualifications (RFQ) from local General Contractors for the purpose of providing Residential Housing Rehabilitation for the 2020 CDBG Grant Program. Salem Township is creating a list of pre-qualified housing rehabilitation construction companies to bid on projects through its housing rehabilitation program. This program, funded through the Community Development Block Grant, that improves the quality of housing for low to moderate income homeowners. Salem Township anticipates rehabilitating four (4) owner- occupied homes in 2022-2023.
