Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Prime contractors should use the Directory of Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors. This project is funded in whole or part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favour of Hemp field Township. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Notice is hereby given that the bituminous price index in accordance with Penn DOT Form 408 is applicable and in effect for this project. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Hemp field Township Supervisors. Hemp field Township Supervisors reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
