Description

Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project will consist of CMAR services for the remodel and expansion of the Tech Center building at Solutions Way campus, NWCCD. The consultant will work with the Construction Management and NWCCD in designing the expansion and remodel which will be approximately 25,000 sf of updated space. Project Completion date: Substantial Completion of remodel will be July of 2024. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR's) may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications.
