Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project entails the Design and Construction of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building. The Base Bid includes: The Design and Construction of a 36 ft wide by 50 ft long by 16 ft tall pre-engineered metal cold storage building at the Sheridan City Landfill. The eave height to be constructed with 4:12 roof pitch with no overhang/eaves or gutter. A concrete foundation, two 12' wide, 14' high insulated overhead doors, two steel man doors, electric utility connection to the building with lighting, outlet receptacles, methane detection and overhead door operators. The contractor is also responsible for obtaining a building permit.
