Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to : City of Sheridan Customer Service, Attn: Nathan Rager, City of Sheridan 2022 Pavement Maintenance, 55 Grinnell Plaza, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. The project includes +-17,100 SY of full-depth reclamation (initial pulverizing and cement mixing), +-17,100 SY of 3" thick hot plant mix bituminous pavement, +-1,120 lineal feet of isolated curb & gutter replacement, and various other concrete improvements. Plan holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on the site are not available.
