**As of 7/8/2022 The apparent low bidder is ARM bid amount $187,615.00/ The project includes the removal of existing pavement markings, joint and crack sealing, surface treatment and friction testing of Runway 8L-26R and a small portion of Taxiway J that is asphalt. Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. Any questions concerning this project or requests for a site visit must be made in writing via email addressed to Robert Koller, P.E., at rkoller@cscos.com and to be given consideration must be received at the above addresses at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be sent and/or posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued shall become Part of the Contract and acknowledged by Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
