This project includes excavation, road construction, utility extensions including water, sewer, and power, and other work. This contract provides the Contractor one-hundred and ninety (190) working days to physically complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.
