To provide Chesapeake Public Schools with its annual requirements for custodial supplies, as per the attached specifications. Chesapeake Public Schools Warehouse and Supply, Suite 112 1021 Great Bridge Boulevard Chesapeake, Virginia 23320 Any questions regarding the specifications or any other facet of this bid must be directed to Mavis Agbakpe, VCA, Buyer, via email at Mavis.Agbakpe@cpschools.com no later than five (5) days before the date of the bid opening. Any revisions to this bid will be made only by addendum issued by Chesapeake Public Schools' Purchasing Department. Purchase orders will be issued after the award of this bid. Supplies will be ordered on an as needed basis. The successful vendor will be awarded a 12 months agreement beginning the date of the award through June 30, 2023. The items purchased under this agreement may be subject to a price increase at the end of each 4 months renewal period, as listed below. The schedule is as follows: July 1, 2022 - October 30, 2022 November 1, 2022 - February 28, 2023 March 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023 Chesapeake Public Schools reserves the right to cancel any and all contracts let by this bid, at any time, for either poor or nonperformance of the successful vendor. In the event a contract has been canceled for reasons determined at the sole discretion of Chesapeake Public Schools, the vendor may be removed from the bidder's list for one (1) year or one (1) bid cycle, whichever is the greater period of time. If reinstatement is possible, it can only occur after a meeting with a purchasing administrator in which the original vendor must demonstrate that the original unsatisfactory actions or conditions have been corrected.
