Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Tahoe City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project includes the removal of the existing exterior finish and replacement with cement plaster and metal panel systems, new interior finishes in the Caf , and two wheelchair lifts with associated improvements. Site improvements include a ball wall and new AC paving. This Notice, dated January 18, 2023, is provided to those firms who have successfully been qualified as the result of the Application for Qualification process completed by CORE Construction (CORE), and approved by Tahoe Truckee Unified School District ("TTUSD").
