SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Administration/Buildings & General Services (hereinafter the "State") is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Janitorial Services at 1311 US Rt, 302, Berlin, VT (Suite #200) for Liquor Control. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this RFP will be for a period of 24 months/2 years with an option to renew for one additional twenty-four-month period. The State anticipates the start date for such contract(s) will be July 1, 2022. This Contract is for janitorial services for Liquor Control at 1311 US Rt. 302 (suite 200) in Berlin, VT. The space is approximately 8,500 square feet and will be cleaned two days per week. Cleaning must be done between 8:30am and 4:30pm Any modifications to this RFP will be made in writing by the State through the issuance of an Addendum to this RFP and posted online at electronically. Modifications from any other source are not to be considered. QUESTIONS DUE June 9, 2022 - 4:30pm (EST)
