The scope of work generally includes the following, but not limited to: 1. Remove and dispose of existing sealant assembly's c/w accessories along perimeter of existing window and door openings on proposed working areas. Provision of new polyurethane-based sealants for the windows and doors opening as specified on drawings and specifications. 2. Provision of new sealants for all existing metal louver openings along existing building basement floor level as specified on drawings and specifications. 3. Restoration of all disturbed areas by the construction and match or better than original conditions. Please refer to "5469 GOC375849 A1-A3 (Issued for Tender 2021.06.15).pdf" and "5469 GOC375849 Specifications (Issued for Tender 2021.06.15.pdf" for the detailed scope of work.
