**As of July 19, 2022, project was awarded to Deschutes Construction, awarded amount is $275,275.12.** First Tier Subcontractor List is required to be submitted by 4:00 p.m., same day. The First Tier Subcontractor List may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference. Bids shall be clearly labeled: "Sam Johnson Park - ADA Improvements PK2202." The Project includes a complete turn-key installation at 333 SW 15th St, Redmond, OR 97756. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $375,000. This is a Public Works contract and subject to U.S. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon Wage Rates (OR20220081, effective February 24, 2022) and/or Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated January 1, 2022, and Amendments for Region 10 as defined under ORS279C.800 to 279C.870, whichever is more restrictive. The City may reject bids not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures or other applicable law and may reject any or all bids when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
