City of Saint Paul on behalf of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is looking for bids on 2022 Private Lead Service Line Replacements Curtice St., Prior Ave and Wheelock Parkway. Work consisting of excavation, restoration, licensed plumbing, and customer coordination, for replacement of lead water service lines in private property. Q and a open: May 28, 2022 5:30:00 AM Q and a close: June 14, 2022 12:30:00 AM Bid Bond Required: Yes, Bid Bond Percent: 5 Addenda (if necessary) will be posted on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $500.00 for each calendar day in which the project remains uncompleted after the Contract deadlines as described above. All work shall be coordinated closely with the Public Works Contractor and Project Manager with all work being complete by October 31, 2022. SPRWS reserves the right to reject Bids not meeting these requirements.
