Site work for a water / sewer project in Leo-Cedarville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of 1,370LF of 8" gravity sewer along Birky Drive and 6,332 LF of 6" HDPE Force Main in easements along Leo Rd The funding source for this project is Sewer Revenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Honeysuckle Sanitary Force Main Replacement as follows: Construction of 1,370LF of 8" gravity sewer along Birky Drive and 6,332 LF of 6" HDPE Force Main in easements along Leo Rd The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
