The project includes the installation of approximately 450 LF +/- of chain link fencing, playground equipment, lighting under pavilion, asphalt basketball court and backboards. The contract time shall be 90 days for final completion. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Laurel Hill, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid on the form provided by the City. A list of all subcontractors shall accompany each bid. The person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract on a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. The Contractor shall comply in every respect with all applicable laws, regulations, and building and construction codes of the Federal Government, the State of Florida, the County of Okaloosa, the City of Laurel Hill, and shall obtain all such occupational licenses and permits as shall be prescribed by law.
