As of August 17, 2022, project was awarded to Platform Concrete but awarded amount is not available. LCBDD may choose to not award the Bid until thirty (30) days after the Bid opening. The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the removal of vegetation, tree stumps, door slabs and sidewalks, and replacement with Concrete at 8090 Broadmoor Road, Mentor, Ohio. The work must be completed by August 15, 2022. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Demolish existing planter and stockpile commemorative brick for reuse, remove existing vegetation and tree stumps, remove existing sidewalk and door slabs, connect new catch basin approximately 40' from existing catch basin, excavate existing lawn area to obtain a 36' x 95' concrete patio area, and replace the six (6) door entrance slabs with monolithic concrete frost free slabs. Note: A crane will be required to facilitate lifting a small excavator and skid steer into courtyard. LCBDD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the Bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest responsive and responsible Bid.
