The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Provide renovation / buildout of the existing facility. This work includes but is not limited to partial demolition of the existing construction. Provide all necessary labor and materials to construct the renovation / buildout as indicated on the drawings. 2. Interior construction includes, but is not limited to, light gauge framing, drywall construction, building finishes and all MEPT work and other items as indicated on the drawings.
