East Berkshire Road Pavement Overlay Town of Berkshire Tioga County, New York This is a locally funded project that will include an asphalt leveling course and a pavement overlay with 1 1/2 " Hot Mix Asphalt. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Tioga County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. Tioga County is exempt under Section 1116 of the New York State Tax Law, and therefore, no sales tax shall be included in the bid. Tioga County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any Bid or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests. On or after May 31, 2022, The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, NY 13827. Contract Documents may be mailed (book rate) to prospective bidders upon request. A separate check of $15.00 (made payable to Tioga County) is required to cover postage. Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided addenda.
