Glen Road Pavement Overlay Town of Berkshire Tioga County, New York. This is a locally funded project that will include an asphalt leveling course and a pavement overlay with 1 1/2 " Hot Mix Asphalt. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Tioga County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. Contract Documents may be mailed (book rate) to prospective bidders upon request. A separate check of $15.00 (made payable to Tioga County) is required to cover postage.
