Reference number : 1607506 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non PUBLIC NOTICE - CALL FOR TENDERS TP-2022-01 - MAINTENANCE OF WINTER ROADS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION BY 2 YEARS The Town of Brownsburg-Chatham wishes to receive offers for the winter maintenance of streets in sectors 3 and 4 for a period of 3 years with 2 additional years as an option. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). It declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. The City reserves the right to give all or part of the various elements of the estimate. A bid security of 10% of the price submitted for the first season (2022-2023) must accompany the bid as well as a notice of intent of an undertaking to issue a performance bond in accordance with these presents.
