As part of the Gray’s Landing/Gray’s Station Traffic Study, six locations were identified as needing traffic improvements if the area is developed as currently proposed. These improvements include the addition of a traffic signal at the intersection of SW 14th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway as well as the widening of SW 14th Street to accommodate a northbound turn lane. This project is included in the city’s fy 2024-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of December 12, 2024, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
