Sources Sought Notification TSA Modular Stormwater Drainage System Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) RFI-TSA Stormwater Drainage This is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information ONLY. This is NOT a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request does not obligate the Government in any contract award. Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Glynco GA, is conducting preliminary market research to determine the market capabilities of potential Contractors to complete work on TSA Modular Stormwater Drainage System. Any Contractor interested in performing such work, must be able to perform the activities described below. The work includes Storm water collection basin with an integrated trench drain that drains to a new dual wall 8-inch diameter HDPE culvert to be installed near the existing 8-inch HDPE culvert behind Building 714, draining to the roadside ditch along Artesia Avenue. This system is for the FLETC TSA Modular Campus, it will be parallel to the sidewalk near Building 710 and turn to be perpendicular to the sidewalk to align with the existing 8-inch HDPE culvert behind Building 714, The work shall be for the stormwater system and incidental related work. All interested Small Business firms with 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, as an approved NAICS code have until Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 05:00 pm (Eastern Time) to submit the following information: Name, Address & CAGE Code of your Firm.

Evidence of capabilities to perform comparable Stormwater Drainage Systems work on at least two recent projects (not more than five years old). Include project name, geographic location, project size and relevant features of the project. Completion date, total contract value, and your company's level of involvement in the project. Please provide at least one point of contact (with email address and phone number) for project validation. This portion of your response is limited to 2 pages.
LOCAL CONTRACTORS: In accordance with FAR 26.202-1, the possible acquisition will be limited to local contractors. All required material, labor, transportation, and facilities shall be available locally. This possible requirement will be a local area Total Small Business set-aside for vendors residing in or primarily doing business in the U.S. Small Business Administration's Southeast Region (Region 4) consisting of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Offers outside of U.S. Small Business Administration's Southeast Region (Region 4) will not be considered.
