The Town of Charlestown will accept bids for wedging and p The Town of Charlestown will accept bids for wedging and patching of town roads. The work shall consist of paver laid bituminous surfacing various town roads. Specify price per ton for material, labor, and equipment. The town will also accept bids for seal coating town roads. Specify the type of liquid asphalt, the gallons to be used, the type of cover aggregate to be used, and the tons or cubic yards of aggregate to be used per one mile of 22 foot roadway. Indicate the total price per mile of 22 foot roadway for oil, aggregate, labor, and equipment. The total miles to be seal coated will be determined based on bid price. The town will also be accepting bids for spot sealing of town roads. Indicate the price per square yard for oil, aggregate, labor, and equipment. The Town Board reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids or to accept that bid being most advantageous to the Town of Charlestown.
