Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites sealed bids from electrical contractors for the replacement of federal pacific MDPs and load centers at the 8-2 Memorial Apartments in Chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $245,500.DCAM certification in Electric is required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 44A-J and to federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and to a Chicopee Housing Authority 10.4% MWBE bid requirement.This Project Is Being Bid Electronically; Hard Copy Bids Will Not Be Accepted Bid submittals must be accompanied by a bid deposit equal to 5% of the contractor's total bid including alternates payable to the Chicopee Housing Authority. Qualified Section 3, minority and women owned firms are urged to respond. The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Memorial electrical upgrade Bid #22-360 referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering, Inc acting as and referred to as the "Architect" The Chicopee Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Electrical Contractors for the electrical Upgrade Project at the MA 8-2 Memorial Apartments, in accordance with the documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering, Inc. The project is subject to Section 3 ofthe Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and the Chicopee Housing Authority 10.4% MWBE bid requirement. The Project consists of replacement ofthe existing apartment load centers and MDP for the building.
