The chicopee housing authority (cha) invites asbestos abatement contractors to submit sealed bids for the removal of asbestos containing materials at all cha developments in chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $70,000/yr. Dcam certification is not required. Bids are subject to m.G.L. C.L49 44a-j and to state minimum wage rates as required by m.G.L. C.L4926 to 27h inclusive.
