The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites flooring contractors to submit bids for a 3 year flooring service contract at all CHA state and federally aided developments. There is no guaranteed amount of work under this contract. DCAM certification is not required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l4944A-J and to minimum wage rates and certified payroll reporting.The CHA has a mandatory 10.4% MWBE component for the contract.
