The estimated construction cost range for this project is $200,000 to $250,000. The Plans and Construction Specifications governing the construction of the proposed improvements have been prepared by Caleb Rasmussen, P.E., JEO Consulting Group, Inc., and are hereby made a part of this notice by reference and the proposed contract shall be executed in compliance therewith The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
