The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Dade City, Florida is requesting bids to provide Rehab for the PCHA property located at: 7208 Pinewood Dr. New Port Richey, FL 34652. June 16, 2022 -Question deadline, all questions should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. All questions will be responded to with an addendum to this solicitation. PCHA Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals if Such Action Is in the Best Interest of the Housing Authority and to Waive Any and All Informalities and Minor Irregularities. The PCHA Reserves the Right to Cancel the Solicitation for Any Reason It Deems Is in the Best Interest of PCHA. Proposers are required to provide an itemized cost proposal for each building as outlined in the table in the Invitation for Bids document. The following specifications are intended for each building.
1. Remove all items left behind by tenants.
2. Remove carpet and pad.
3. Remove all appliances and cabinets in the kitchen.
4. Remove light fixtures and fans.
5. Fix all holes and re-texture walls and ceiling to meet existing.
6. Replace any damaged or missing door knobs and door stops.
7. Apply Kilz on ceiling, doors, trim, and walls in the house and garage.
8. Paint ceiling, trim, doors, and walls with two (2) coats of paint.
9. Provide and install new kitchen cabinets (new cabinets to match existing foot print of kitchen), cabinets to be made with a minimum of 1/2 plywood, oak in color. Counter tops to be Formica.
10. Provide and install a new drop in 33" x 22" stainless steel double equal bowl 2-hole kitchen sink 18 gauge.
11. Provide and install a new Moen kitchen faucet.
12. Appliances (stove, refrigerator with ice maker -minimum 21 cu. Ft. and dishwasher) in
kitchen. Appliances to be all white in color.
13. Provide and install new vinyl flooring throughout house where carpet was removed. Provide and install new quarter round to hold vinyl in place. Vinyl flooring to be: Dockside Hickey Shaw Luxury Vinyl- Item #2145167.
14. Paint ceiling, trim, doors, and walls with two (2) coats of paint. Paint to be Valspar 4000 interior pastel sheen: semi-gloss 5 gallons. Color: Kilam Beige (Item # 447521). Any issues obtaining specific materials please contact Eric Fetrow, Maintenance Superintendent. Flooring and paint can be purchased at Lowe's.

16.Provide and install new light fixtures.
17.Provide and install new light fixtures in place of fans.
18.Provide and install new 6 panel metal door with composite door frame and peephole. PCHA will provide the door knob and deadbolt for contractor to install. Contractor to paint both side of door.
19. Replace any missing or damaged window screens.
20. Repair or replace non-working windows.
21.Deep clean both bathrooms, house and garage. Made ready for tenant move in.
22.Remove existing air handler and condenser. Provide and install new air handler and condenser.
23. Hire contractor to sterilize and clean ducts.
