Renovation of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University is inviting Construction Managers with proven experience successfully completing work on construction projects to submit a Proposal for Tory Business Atrium Upgrades located at North Campus. The Construction Manager will be acting as Prime Contractor, as defined and having the meaning ascribed to it in the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Alberta, and shall be designated as Prime Contractor, as defined in the General Conditions of Construction Management, unless stated otherwise in the Supplementary General Conditions of Construction Management. The prime objective of the project is to replace the existing Tory/Business Skylight Structure with a proposed clerestory as per renderings included as part of Reference Materials. In addition to the prime objective of the project, additional Work (e.g. flooring, other interior finishes) within the atrium space may be undertaken subject to available funding. Award amount was not released for publication.
