Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The following is a general, but not necessarily complete, description of the work to be completed under the Contract at the Woodward Avenue Maintenance Building. The list below is not intended to specify the order of construction/execution: - Remove and repaint parking lot lines; - Demolish and remove existing ductwork in the office area, storage room and instrument workshop; - Demolish and remove existing rooftop HVAC unit; - Construct masonry wall and double-door between the electrical workshop and mechanical workshop; - Construct HVAC equipment, including roof-mounted air handling unit, exhaust fans, ductwork, split A/C unit; - Construct carbon monoxide sensor for existing rooftop exhaust fan; - Relocate existing lighting panel; and - Construct keyscan control panel. Instrument Room - Scope of Work: - Remove and dispose of all white cupboards mounted on sidewalls (shown in red); - Remove and dispose of all blue and black countertops and cupboards on sidewalls (shown in blue); - Remove all remaining furniture from room into a holding room in the same facility; - Return of furniture is not included in the Scope of Work; - Emptying of the furniture, bookcases and cabinets is not included in the Scope of Work - Paint the floor (as per Specifications); and - Paint the walls (as per Specifications) - Ceiling will not be painted.
