Louisville Metro Government is seeking to award a contract for masonry repairs( tuckpoint, clean and seal) the existing masonry at the Alexander Building located at 745 West Main. Questions Due Date: Jul 25th 2022, 3:00 PM EDT Proposer is required to furnish a Proposal (Bid) Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of its base Proposal. This may be in the form of a Proposal (Bid) Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check. No personal checks will be accepted. The Proposal (Bid) Bond shall be supplied at the time of the Proposal closing. The successful Proposer must submit a performance bond satisfactory to the Metro Government executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Kentucky, or otherwise supplied, satisfactory to the Metro Government, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as it may be increased. The successful Proposer must submit a payment bond satisfactory to the Metro Government, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Kentucky, or otherwise supplied, satisfactory to the Metro Government, for the protection of all persons supplying labor and material to the Proposer or its subcontractors for performance of the work provided for in this Proposal.
