The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bidders are required to submit (1) copy of an AIA 305- Contractors Qualification Statement by May 17th, 2022 to the Construction Manager Nicholas & Associates, Inc. 1001 Feehanville Drive Mt.
