Site work for a water / sewer project in Clallam Bay, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will consist of water main upgrades to the Clallam Bay and Sekiu water system, including replacement of approximately 12,500 bnear feet of water main and associated water services and restoration of disturbed areas. New water main is required te be installed via open trench con- struction, pipe bursting, and horizontal directional drilling. The engineer's estimate for the project is $4,215,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 300 working days. Tf mailed, the bid must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and bid number on the sealed envelope and then placed inside the delivery envelope to be mauled. Proposals must be filled out im ink or type-written. No alterations or interlineations will be permitted, unless made belore submission, initialed, and dated. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bit deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest, of the District.
