Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Location of Work: The work is located at the Highway Department offices (23605 Echo Lake Road, Lake Zurich, IL). Description of Work: The work for which proposals are invited will consist of, in general, but shall not be limited to, the following: Furnish and install natural gas-powered generators. Subcontracting of Work: Subcontracting portions of the work will be allowed pursuant to Section 108.01 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Illinois Department of Transportation, latest edition. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bidder or subcontractor who, in the opinion of the Engineer, does not have adequate experience, personnel or equipment to perform the work in a timely, efficient and satisfactory manner.
