Remove and dispose, off-site, of existing ramp. Pour and install a new ramp. Use Rebar, 12 on center, 3 +/- above ground. Vibrate concrete to ensure there are no air pockets. Trowel in 2 X 2 X 1 deep traction groves horizontally every 6 . Broom finish. Allow seventy-two (72) hours of cure time before placing it into the water. Blend the new ramp with the existing pavement with asphalt. BOAT RAMP SPECS: Width: 16 Length: 40 Sq. Ft: 640 Thickness: 6 Concrete mix: 4,000 lbs. white rock Rebar on center. SPECIAL BID INSTRUCTIONS: All bids will be received at the Village of Andalusia, Illinois, Village Hall only. No bids will be received via email and any bids emailed will be considered disqualified. Bids can be sent via the US Post Office, UPS, or FEDEX, and should be sent without a signature required at delivery. Mailed bids will be considered on-time if the package is in Village of Andalusia s mail received on, or before, the Monday morning following the bid receipt deadline.
