The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the construction of a new classroom building at the Conservation Park. The building will house two new park restrooms, a classroom meeting space, and an office for the park biologist. The project includes all site disturbances, foundation, complete structure, building envelope and MEP for the building. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project in its entirety as described in the contract documents. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may result from virtual attendance and the City will not postpone or delay the pre-bid conference due to technical difficulties associated with virtual attendance.
