These documents are for reference purposes only and should not be used for the bid. ** The work shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, service, equipment and materials necessary to install a new retaining wall on the south side of the Powerhouse plunge pool and construct a spray mitigation wall on the northwest corner of the plunge pool. Bids not received prior to the specified time may be returned without consideration at the discretion of Cascade, which reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. Each Bid shall be made on the forms listed in the ITB and shall be either enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Cascade and labeled with the Bidder's name or submitted via email. The Bid(s) and Contract are subject to compliance with prevailing wage standards of RCW Chapter 39.12, and all reporting requirements.
